Mr. O'Leary has had his own litigation practice for over 20 years in California, and now, Seattle. Prior to that, he was a Partner in the international business law firm, Williams, Woolley, et al.
Mr. O’Leary has recently been listed as a top 20 personal injury lawyer in Seattle! (Expertise, 2018).
In addition to private practice, Mr. O'Leary has served as a Litigation Attorney for Shell Oil Company, handling in shore and offshore oil rig personal injury and environmental matters, a Special Assistant State's Attorney with the State of Connecticut, prosecuting criminal appeals, and as Senate Committee Counsel during the 1984 Legislative Session of the Maryland General Assembly, where he assisted with the adoption of Maryland's first Lemon Law.
During law school at Georgetown, Mr. O'Leary was an Extern Law Clerk to Hon. Rita C. Davidson (Dec.) Associate Judge, on the Court of Appeals, Maryland's Highest Court. He also served as a law clerk to the Customs Branch of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, working on smuggling cases.

Excellent Attorney!!
