Over the past 3 years myself and my fiancé have worked with various attorneys for a family court case, Humphrey and Associates was by far the most dillegent, organized and put together firm we encountered. The team worked with us on a daily basis to ensure we were comfortable and confident with ou...r case while also providing knowledge and insight into the judicial system. The team was always timely when responding to calls and emails. Having Mr. Vincent Humphrey defend us was the best decision we made, he was not brash or blunt like some attorneys you encounter instead he spoke with grace and when it was time to file documents or appear in court he was the attorney with the biggest presence, using his intellect, preparedness and verbiage to win over cases. I hired Mr Humphrey to represent me in a divorce case. Months into it he filed a motion to withdraw as my attorney without notifying me prior. I found out a week later. When I asked for my case file he refused to let me have it until an outstanding debt was paid off. He kept it from me for 4 months a...nd finally sent it to me 7 days before my trial started. Leaving me with sanctions filed against me for not submitting materials on time and with no evidence to support my case at trial. Worst situation to be in. When you hire an attorney you expect them to look out for you not be the one to screw you over. Beware!

I hired Mr Humphrey to represent me in a high conflict divorce/custody case against my narcissist ex. My biggest issue is the lack of response to my emails and calls. I would sometimes have to wait 1-2weeks before he would get in touch with me even on important urgent matters. I wasn’t updated on mat...ters or issues when his office received them and when I needed him to send OC any requests or orders it would take a few weeks for his office to send it out. I’m not sure if Mr Humphrey is too busy to get anything done in a timely manner or if it is the office staff that needs reorganizing. Which ever it is something needs to change so clients feel like their case is not forgotten or ignored during a difficult time in their life.
