hired to do immigration case . she made promises she did follow thru. she is quick to ask for money . ignores phone calls dose return calls . called immigration to find status of case. they informed me that ms.tsipin ignored 3 request from them for information. they told me that this attorney was not... doing anything. called her she has not returned calls. had to remove her as rep.
