I was rear ended a year ago and still haven't gotten any information on what is going on. I have contacted them several times and for half a year they've been telling me they're working on a negotiation. I don't see what needs to be negotiated because when you're rear ended the driver at fault is alw...ays the car in the back. After 2 years the case gets dismissed and the lawyers take all the money. In my case I can see they're just wasting time to make money for themselves.

Elena has been our lawyer for over 2 months now for 2 separate auto accident claims. We still have not talked to her, only her various assistants and secretaries. She hasn't answered any of our questions, has not helped with rental cars, work loss benefits, and now a missing check from the insurance ...agency. Its gotten to the point where we are calling the adjusters to get information. The "missing" check has already been cashed, not by us, and Elena and her staff are still trying to get more information about it, for several weeks now. At this point, I know more from the adjuster than my lawyer does. Will never recommend, even to my enemies, and will try to lose her as a lawyer asap. Waste of time, money, and headache.
