I was rear ended a year ago and still haven't gotten any information on what is going on. I have contacted them several times and for half a year they've been telling me they're working on a negotiation. I don't see what needs to be negotiated because when you're rear ended the driver at fault is alw...ays the car in the back. After 2 years the case gets dismissed and the lawyers take all the money.
