Biography
Tim began his career as a public defender for indigent clients in Anchorage Alaska, then in Seattle and South King County. Having tried over 30 cases to the jury, Tim joined a midsize law firm as a plaintiff’s lawyer. Tim now focuses his practice on representing individuals in their insurance coverage disputes and personal injury claims. Tim is a member of the Washington and Oregon [inactive] State Bar. He is also admitted to the United States District Court Western District of Washington and the Tulalip Tribal Court. A graduate of University of Washington Law School, Tim received his undergraduate degree from New York University where he was a member of the NYU golf team. Tim lives on the Eastside. In his spare time, he enjoys teaching his boys to play baseball, basketball and golf. Tim speaks Mandarin and Taiwanese.

Being the voice for the voiceless
