I recently contacted Mark to provide some assistance with a speeding ticket. He called me back within about thirty minutes and walked me through the process; he gave me very easy instructions to follow. Three emails and a few weeks later (for court procedures) he was able to get me down to a non-mo...ving violation. He was very responsive and communicative the entire time. I never had to show up for court; everything was handled via email (for Mark) and mail (for the court). Completely painless.
