Mark S. Lee

I was very concerned about a charge that was filed against me. Mark Lee quickly recongized that I had a strong defence. When we went to court he persuaded the prosecutor to dismiss the charge against me at the very first court appearance. I was so happy! Mark was pleasant and friendly and got me ...a great result. I am very pleased with his services and highly recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer.

If i could rate -100, that is what this lame attorney had earned. I was referred to mark lee because he is on a list provided by my work to receive a discount.(i pd. 10,000$) From the get go he was unfriendly, unpleasant, and treated me like i was a criminal! He did nothing to fight for me, wanted... to take whatever deal given, and proceeded to diminish any hope of a better outcome. I am now spending more to improve the poor outcome mark obtained. I had complete dread to make every single call to mark. I had to constantly remind mark he was on MY TEAM!! PLEASE dont make the mistake i made, he is a terrible attorney, i would never recommend him.

I found myself in a tough spot and was facing a felony charge with very serious consequences including jail, heavy fines, loss of employment and loss of my privileges to vote or travel outside of the United States. I have my spouse, children and my elderly mother dependent on me so my mistake would ...not only cost me but significantly impact those I hold most dear. When I met Mark I was in emotional turmoil and realistically could not think straight. Mark was very clear in his communication in laying out the process, the time frame and what my options were. The wheels of justice move very slowly. Mark was able to get me released on my own recognizance without bail. He was always available to listen to my questions as we waited for my hearing and was able to postpone the hearing date to ensure we were prepared. Mark orchestrated this preparation in which I completed the appropriate counseling, obtained letters of reference and he effectively communicated with the prosecutor. I want to note that as I observed Mark he was very good at not sugar coating my situation and provided honest straight forward advice when I asked him. He would not and did not attempt to make decisions for me but acted as my trusted counselor making sure I had the best possible information upon which to make my own decisions. Mark was able to negotiate a plea deal where the felony charge was reduced to a gross misdemeanor. I was able to avoid jail time by serving home detention which also allowed me to remain employed and to continue to support my family. One philosophical thing I believe in is that "the only way out is through" and Mark Lee helped me transit this very dark period in my life. My only regret is that I did not know Mark when I was arrested and so could not call on him for advice immediately. I highly recommend Mark Lee.

Mark represented me a few years back and I've never witnessed anybody more incompetent then this man. He wouldn't fight for me, all he wanted to do was get through the paperwork get me to take the plea bargain and be done with the case. He also made me feel like it was an issue for him to drive to Ta...coma from Seattle when he knew from the start this is where the case was going to be taking place. To this day I regret hiring him and feel it was a huge waste of my money.
