Will is an in-house attorney with Univar, the largest worldwide chemical distribution company, and his practice includes working with/advising leaders in various business units regarding strategic business transactions and commercial agreements. In addition, Will negotiates and resolves disputes and claims regarding torts, commercial transactions, insurance claims (including historical and excess insurance policies), real estate and environmental issues, and oversees outside counsel when matters involve litigation. Will is also a committed community volunteer, working with the Greenwood Neighborhood Legal Clinic, Ducks Unlimited, and other nonprofits. A summa cum laude (highest honors) graduate of Seattle University School of Law, Will has authored two law review articles, and Washington Law and Politics magazine has named Will a five-time "Rising Star."
