Disappointing representation; withdrew unexpectedly

Very unhappy with Mr. Pollari's handling of my case. Rather than helping the matter, he doubted my story and experience simply based on some of his prior cases involving women respondents. When I offered information to clarify his understanding, he refused it saying it was too "complicated" and also ...it did not involve a lot of money. He set up a waiver of discovery that I agreed to sign provided my stated term would be met. He demanded I sign immediately and inaccurately portrayed it as my priority. Ray filed a case withdrawal out-of-the-blue because I conveyed to him I was uncomfortable accepting his "request" to sign discovery waiver given my term was not yet met. I leave this review mainly to discourage such irresponsible withdrawal practice; and/or recommend potential clients to stay away if case complexity is above lawyer's pay grade.

Caring and professional

Mr. Pollari is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very compassionate in his profession. I hired him as my attorney in a divorce case involving many aspects. Without Mr. Pollari's expertise my case would have been an absolute tragedy. I have and still recommend him to anyone going throug...h or even thinking about divorce.

Divorce failure

Terrible experience- never did what he said he was going to do. Always seemed to make mistakes in favor of my ex very crucial mistakes. Never addressed issues like CS correctly even when I had $0 income and ex had all of our income and was receiving it under false pretense to which Ray was aware. ...Never felt that anything that I said was of importance often leaving out viable facts pertaining to issues with my case. Was not doing what I asked of him as far as settlement offers. Took him three months to finally put something together to send over on a counter offer after I had been asking for three months and wanting to avoid a trial all together if possible. In court would not remember crucial information with me correcting him on many of them. Spent almost a year with him and got nothing accomplished other than him taking my money and time. Terrible experience all together. Tells you what he thinks you want to hear at the time you are consulting with him but does not follow thru on any of it. He messed up and didn't follow thru with setting up a trial date so when I termed him and hired another lawyer my case was delayed by another 5 months. Thanks to his many many mistakes I am now on my 3rd attorney and two and half years later still have not had a settlement or trial.
