Very Experienced, Assertive and Reliable

Neal T. Feinerman was everything I needed in a divorce attorney. He was very knowledgeable, compassionate, extremely well connected, and did an outstanding job guiding me through an intimidating process. His legal assistant, Ashlee, was also incredibly competent, supportive and helpful during a very ...difficult time. We were able to reach an amicable resolution that I'm very happy with. I feel that he handled my case with the utmost care and attention, and I'm forever grateful.

Consultation via email

I contacted Mr. Feinerman via email with questions regarding my child support modification hearing, and the possibility of needing to retain an attorney. Mr. Feinerman was prompt in his responses, very informative, and helpful. If I ever need to retain an attorney in the future, he will be my first ...choice!

Experience | Skill | Dedication

You never want to find yourself in a situation that you require an attorney... ever. But if you do, call upon the Law Offices of Neal T. Feinerman. I found myself in a position of not wanting an attorney, and I would say I was 'reverse referred' to Neal. I was listening to a conversation and the lady... said her attorney was having a tough time against her ex-husbands attorney... and that she never wanted to face this guy in court again. Well, that was Neal Feinerman, and that is why I hired him. I didn't want to be the one on the other side, wishing I wasn't going up against him... Neal has been around the block, knows most everybody, has seen most situations, and knows how to act accordingly. Sometimes the best strategy is knowing when to fight, and when not to... and those determinations are tough for clients in the heat of the moment, and it's Neal's experience that will guide you in those situations. I have worked with his other associates (Brandon), and his paralegals (Jill and Ashlee), and they are all top notch professionals... and just really nice people.

I asked a few questions on Avvo and Neal's Advice was the best of all of them

Thank you Neal, You have good advice, and from my experience in the court room and with Divorce, as well as child custody. I can see that you have a great wealth of knowledge as well as experience. Without being an A$% like a lot of experienced Lawyers are. I am going to add you to my list of attorne...ys to call when I need help. Initial experience with Neal: 5 stars Thank you again for your Advice. If things get any steeper I know who to call!

Attorney & Advocate

Neal was hired for legal counsel in filling a parenting plan that involved domestic valiance and substance abuse with the child's father. From the moment I walked in to my first meeting with Neal through today, he has been not only the best legal counsel but an advocate. I remember walking out of tha...t first meeting filled with confidence and a since of empowerment. Neal always thinks of the children first, I can remember lots of conversations were he needed to have me reevaluate my personal motives. While encouraging parents to make decisions based off what’s best for the child and to try to work compromise, he hits the court room running when litigation is necessary. You will always find Neal not only holding his client accountable but all parties involved directly or indirectly. His knowledge of civil law is incredible and he is always willing to share and tell a good story or two. Neal will always go above and beyond, when you’re done you never feel you wasted you money. He is worth every penny he charges and some! I have recommended Neal many times over the last 10 years. Over the last 7 years I have invited him to share knowledge and answer questions with young single mom groups with several organizations in King and Snohomish Counties. He is always willing to give back in any way he can to his communities. Neal truly is an attorney who works from the heart and that makes him dynamite in and out of the courtroom. Thanks Neal for all you have done in mine and my sons life over the years….

Family lawyer | Oct 05

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Neal professonally for at least 25 years. We have been on opposing sides of some cases and brainstormed in others. Neal is an expert in civil procedure and substantive family law and a tireless advocate for his clients. He is a valued resource when discussing cases and a formidable adversary when an opposing counsel. Neal's word is his bond - a quality seen far too little in today's legal universe. Anyone going through the trials and tribulations of family law would be well served by Neal, and I endorse him without hesitation."
