Competent, effective, energetic, represents client’s best interests, communicative
Natasha is an outstanding estate and probate attorney and is willing to get deeply involved in sorting out the difficulties that might arise in end-of-life situations. My brother was terminally ill and living across the country from me, so I needed local legal help to assist in his needs. He was living in a very disruptive situation which Natasha helped to stabilize. She quickly gained my brother’s total confidence. She very capably organized his estate plans which he had neglected. She also ably assisted in helping with his medical and other living needs. After he passed, Natasha provided total and competent assistance to me as executor for probate. She sorted out some very challenging issues including claims against my brother’s estate. All ended well as far as I was concerned.
Natasha worked very hard, billed very conservatively and was well worth every penny and then more. I cannot imagine a more capable estate and probate attorney and I recommend her extremely highly.
Knowledgeable, cost conscious and personable Attorney
Natasha assisted me in three different legal needs. One related to a dispute over my Mother's trust, one was assisting in probate related to my deceased husband in order to transfer my home title into just my name, and the third was assistance with helping me create a personal will for my estate.
Natasha provided exceptional guidance and expertise and always demonstrated that she was attempting to keep the cost as low as possible for me. She also is very personable and communicates effectively.
I recommend Natasha highly.
After graduating law school in 2004, I clerked for an amazing judge for two years, then worked at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP for several years before starting my own law firm in 2010. You can read more details of my professional experience below.
I have focused my practice on trusts and estates for most of my legal career. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their families and goals. My practice lets me do interesting substantive work and meet people from many walks of life. The most rewarding part of my practice is sharing with my clients that rare feeling of getting an important and oft-neglected "to do" off the list.
My personal background lends well to this practice. I understand how unexpected life can be. I have broad cultural exposure, having lived in Iran, Pakistan, England, Hong Kong, and several of the United States. I also have varied professional skills - I started out in engineering and worked at The Boeing Company for several years then moved to the law. And then, I had a difficult medical scare, and had to pause my career for a couple of years. To reboot, I changed focus and worked at for a year. I am now back to the satisfying work of estate law.
I live in Bellevue with my two sons and our puppy, Teddo. Teddo comes to the office with me most days, and he looks forward to meeting you as well. He's great to diffuse the tension of the planning process.
I look forward to meeting you and talking with you about your life and goals. Let's work together to build a little peace of mind.
