Biography
My practice focuses on real estate, construction, and business matters. I routinely represent a wide range of clients, including property owners, construction companies, developers, title insurance companies, and lenders in disputes, transactions and general business matters.
My first and foremost objective with any client is to actively listen to my clients’ needs and goals. Thoughtful, efficient, and cost-effective legal counsel is only possible after understanding the full context of the client’s situation.
Part of my practice involves litigation and dispute resolution. This includes representing clients in lawsuits, regulatory hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. I also represent clients in transactional matters, including real estate purchase and sales, real estate leasing, lending transactions, construction contract drafting, and land use matters.

Excellent service and outcome
