Ginger Edwards

While a "nice" person, Ginger has disappointed in many ways and in far too many instances to document here. Fundamentally, she hasn't performed. While she may have lacked trial experience at the time she represented us, inexperience alone cannot excuse her slow response (it often took weeks for her t...o respond), inability to follow through on client instructions, failure to heed client concerns, repeated failed attempts to correct facts in documents, or poor legal advice. In short, she failed to represent her clients in what a senior attorney in her office had commented should have been an easy win before assigning the case to her. On at least 3 different occassions, she excused herself for not responding due to someone close to her who had died, or was dying (a different person each time). This seems either very tragic...or very convenient.
