Outstanding

When I first came in he told me that it was probable that case could be dismissed due to the actions of officer-the state offered me a reduction of the charge and Mr Piculell recommended that I don't do the the plea due to his confidence in the legal defense-sure enough case was dismissed this mornin...g-just as he said--i liked the communication through the case easy to talk with and eased my fears as I delt with this --

The man for the job!

Great comunicator answers all my question every single one, confident in what he does, good on the money, got my case dismissed. I hire Gene for all my criminal charges and he gets me out of the mess all the time. Strongly recommend him for your case.

Case Dismissed

Great job-assisted me throughout the case-answered all my questions throughout-we went to trial today and got a not guilty verdict ! !!! It doesn't get much better than that. hire him.

Not very good lawyer - not nice, either

Representation was bad. Does not clearly provide full details including consequences of options/plea. Not there to represent at follow-up hearings. Not very responsive. Not good at communicating and providing status. Makes derogatory remarks if you follow-up and ask for status.

DO NOT HIRE! Takes your money and doesn't follow up!

I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I feel ethically compelled to do so. Hired Mr. Piculell a while back, he will literally meet with you for the initial meet/greet, takes your money and then you ARE on your own. Did not follow up properly on the case, I had to conduct my own research as ...well as to reach out to the prosecutor's office for updates. The case was rightfully declined by the prosecutor, and when I contacted Mr. Piculell to express my concerns regarding his work ethics and lack of communication, his response to me verbatim was " I'm sorry, there is no legal recourse for you here," implying that "yes" I took your money and didn't work and there is nothing you can do about it. If you want a good lawyer that is available to talk to you and will actually work your case then please look elsewhere.
