I am a resident of California and for the past two years I have been in contact with Cristina. It was a huge step into obtaining justice for my case to hire her, she uniquely helped my situation one hundred percent. I was especially amazed at her trustworthiness since I never met her in person, and w...e only communicated via phone and email. Cristina's work went beyond her rate, she was on target when she filed my legal summary and documents, making her an incredibly competitive business attorney. I highly endorse her office and services.

I hired Cristina to handle my divorce. This was a huge mistake. Her lack of attention and interest in my case was unacceptable. She never returned my phone calls. She would schedule a telephone conference with me and would not call or answer her phone at the scheduled time. She always had a differen...t excuse for missing the scheduled phone conferences. One of her excuses was that her taxes were due and she could not talk to me because that day was the deadline. Honestly, I did not feel this was my problem. This was inappropriate for her to tell me that as that was her issue and not mine. I never told her "oh I can't pay you because my rent is due today". She would not give a crap because rightfully so my rent is not her issue. So I did not feel that her waiting to the last day to do her taxes was my issue. I know there are no guarantees of anything in any case but as her client she never worked in my best interest. She eventually withdrew because she did not like the fact that I told her she was not interested in my case. For those of you who had a better experience with this attorney....good for you. But I do not recommend her. I did hire another GREAT attorney who actually did his job. The new attorney gave 100 percent energy, effort, time and research to my case which resulted in a successful outcome. Since my case was not a huge money maker for Cristina, it was not important to her so unfortunately she did not deliver.......worst experience EVER!!!

Cristina did a great job in handling my very sticky and drawn out divorce. I always felt she had my best interests at heart and she fought very hard for me to get me a very fair deal. She isn't cut-throat like many divorce lawyers, but I also never felt like she was pushing my divorce on and on unn...ecessarily just so she could keep billing me. Her words were always "let's get this over with so you can move on with your life!" She was always quick to respond to my phone calls and emails and her billing was very fair, in that I never had any questions about the hours she was billing me for my case.

The first time I heard about Ms Mehling I received an email from her since I was trying desperately in every search avenue I could find to locate a good lawyer to help me with my divorce case. Her email simply read 'I can help you". This she did! Through a very lengthy and ugly divorce case Cristina ...kept her calm, professionalism and treated us both respectfully. Cristina is warm, friendly, very easy to talk to and worked with me in all aspects of my case. I only wish I had found her sooner. Wonderful Lawyer and would certainly recommend her. I actually hired her to represent me in another matter that just came up recently. I know she will do whatever it takes to help me with this matter as well.

I contacted Cristina on a matter of land possesion and conflict. She was informative as to our legal position and proposed a plan of resolution which totally resolved the conflict with my neighbor. This plan involved several steps including a land survey and contact with neighbor. She kept me informe...d throughout each step. I was able to build a retaining wall legally with the help of Cristina and the planner from the City of Bellevue. Sometimes walls do make good neighbors. After this experience Dan and I went back to Christina for to update our wills. Again she was informative and gave us good advice on how to taylor our estate to support our children that are currently minors should we die. I have recommended Cristina to several friends that are considering legal aid for property modifications that involve neighbors.
