I have worked with Ann on three dentist contracts over the last 9 years. An associateship, partnership, then selling my practice. Of course I returned to her expertise after my previous experiences were so great. The other professionals/consultants I worked with all commented on her attention to deta...il, how “there was no detail overlooked.” I really feel protected under her guidance. I have recommended her to colleagues over the years who always thank me after. She’s great!

Ann represented my wife and I in the purchase of a small business. She came highly recommend by another small business owner in the same industry. We were kept up to date on all of the issues surrounding our transactions and she also made herself available when we most needed her after we bought th...e business - there were skeletons in the business that we did not discover until after the sale closed, all of which had nothing to do with her services. In the end, she helped guide us to stay on the "right" side of the tracks. We will be using her services again in the future when we purchase another business.
