I hired Andrea after years of domestic abuse, including post dissolution (which was finalized in 2010), when my ex mounted another attack against our family (in 2015). Andrea is professional, responsive, articulate, and most knowledgeable of the law. Subsequent to her involvement in our case, she h...elped two of my friends through challenging divorce situations (and finalized their dissolutions) and both friends never stepped foot in court either time. I attribute this in large part to Andrea’s skillfulness and competency as an excellent attorney. Unfortunately, our family’s situation is different, and while I have the utmost respect and admiration for Andrea and Brigid, I know that Andrea isn’t the attorney that will “stand up to the bully”. I also know that very few attorneys are capable of truly “standing up to the bully” because they are part of this broken system. Due to this, I hired another attorney who does his best to “stand up to the bully”. I believe that Andrea works hard to be the best attorney she can be to her clients. I highly recommend Andrea and Brigid. I also know that “standing up to the bully” is critical (and is the intent of our founding Fathers in our Constitution) to defending against and stopping abusive use of conflict once and for all for ALL, not just the privileged. Our current system provides this right only for the privileged. This needs to change.

Andrea is just what you want if you need a tenacious pit bull who does not let go. I hired her specifically because she is a women and I was a dad in a nasty child custody case and divorce. She is small of stature and big in ability. Don't know what the other reviewer is talking about but my experie...nce was just the opposite. She was not eager to settle until the deal favored me. I can be a pain in the butt nudge and nag and she and her assistant took all my calls with grace , class and humor.
