Worked with Mr. Howard when I was the Vice President and Manger of a non profit for Special Assets and Credits . Started off working with him on 2 cases and increased his work load for the non profit to over 25 cases the first year . I found him to be reliable and he kept me informed of the status... on all cases. We received just settlements on each case. Plan to work with him again. I found him very dependable, competent and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Mr. Howard.

I would not recommend this attorney if you have a disability. He would not follow the directions of contacting me by email. He continually called me by phone then would get angry with me when I couldn't remember what he told me. I would get a angry tone on the phone from him with the information h...e was telling me as he talks fast. He even said to me "I am putting you on notice that I told you this information. This was said 2 times to me. He then said I might even email you letter saying I am putting you on notice. He is rude, used angry tones with me. when standing in court he didn't object to what my ex was saying and the information wasn't in my ex's declarations. I felt and other people shared with me they felt my attorney was more self serving to himself then he was for fighting for my case. When I let my attorney go he didn't provide me with all of my documentation even though I had already paid him to read them and get them, and in fact sent me a court document that he copied and I couldn't read anything that was hand written on it. He didn't make sure when he copied it that it was bright enough to read. So the paper is useless to me. Not only was he very disrespectful to me he was degrading me in the process. He was repeatedly told by myself that I had these limitations (disabilities and he disregarded them) his loosing patience with me and getting angry with me is so unprofessional. He was being paid for his service. He shouldn't treat his clients this way.
