A while back I hired him to ask for a review of child support. He talked a big talk and kept sending invoice upon invoice to my house. Didn’t do anything. Reached out to my old attorney who explained that the petition he entered made no sense and I wouldn’t be able to get any more money in child supp...ort. Ended up paying this man about $7K and ended up having my child support reduced! Thankfully my other lawyer was able to mediate and petitioned for other things I needed too. Anyways, this man talks a big talk, does nothing and eats your money shamelessly. Never again!

My soon to be ex hired a lady lawyer who was pretty nutty and I felt like she intimidated Raj. I appreciate that during mediation he was trying to keep me from having to go to court, but at the same time he had me giving up a lot of things, meaning he didn't really stand up to this other attorney. I ...even asked him to get tougher sometime before the mediation, but it never happened and the other lawyer ran up the bill for a long 13 months until completion of the divorce which cost me 18K! With me, he was mostly hands off unless I contacted him. Had he confronted this lady lawyer encouraging her to get this wrapped up it might have saved me thousands but it dragged out. We had no house, no kids, just 1/2 my liquid assets, 1/2 my pension and 1/2 of a storage unit to split. I had to spend almost 1K paying Raj trying to prove to the other lawyer that yes, I indeed had to pay for the right of survivor benefit. She knew I did but was again running up my bill. I wish Raj had intervened and stood up to her. Very disappointing and then to see him disbarred right after I finished with him. My divorce finished in April of 2016 and have finally decided that I should come forward that others would be aware of my experience with him. I sincerely hope Raj has upped his game to provide more value and show more personalized care for his clients.

Raj is a cocky attorney who was unable to back up his talk. He drafted an order that did not reflect key points that the commissioner made and did not look out for my best interests. I just wasted $15,000 on this guy and am no better off. My ex now lives in the house, has 72% of my income, and pri...mary custody of the kids. I was the one who filed here and have never hit, endangered, or done anything wrong. I was a devoted father to my children and Raj really dropped the ball and took my money. Stay away from this guy.
