For $3550 my first lawyer said I would lose the house and pay $2500 a month in child support,That was unaceptable. Tim took my case,,,after 2 years of court battles with the ex, I wound up getting the house,the custody and $285 a month child support . Tim Edwards saved me more than a million dolla...rs Tim Edwards saved me more than 16 years of anguish and suffering,,,,,that is priceless. Quality is worth the money you spend. Tim Edwards did what no other lawyer could have done. I feel like I still owe him. Every time I get a support check,I think if it wasn't for Tim,things would be way worse for me. I hope I never need a lawyer again,if I do,no doubt it would be him. If you need a lawyer,it will cost you no matter what,,,so get a winner.

Did you notice that most of the positive reviews were posted in the month of August, 2013 and have similar writing styles? I did. Especially since he was my ex-spouse's attorney . At no time did he try to have my ex and me resolve matters amicably. He created situations to inflame my ex- husband so t...hat he could charge more. I don't say this as a bitter ex-spouse as I didn't have to pay his fees. I do know that Mr. Edwards tried to create anger and hatred between us. He was extremely unprofessional toward me and toward my attorney. He deliberately made disparaging remarks about me, in writing, knowing it would add fuel to the fire. Hindsight is 20/20. If you want to have an acrimonious divorce case, by all means, hire this guy. If you'd rather save yourself thousands of dollars in attorney's fees and months of anger/frustration fighting with your soon to be ex, hire someone else.

Dropped my sons divorce case after he received over $5000 dollars in fees, because we could not come up with another $4000 before trial date. Consequentially leaving my son to hire another lawyer without having the money needed, or to represent himself. Trustworthy, reliable: deserving trust, or able... to be trusted. I Don't think so.

Paid 10k up front, said I had adequate cause and to pusue a case against my ex-spouse. You will be ignored, no emails answered once they use up your cash and then some. Keep you thinking you have a chance and to continue, when they are wrong and you in fact do not have adequate cause. They will no...t inform you when you lose your case because they allow the opposing party to submit statements well after the timeline of 12 pm. Thus you will lose, as they don't care as they worked you for 17 or 18k, and then it's well I told you the courts are not fair. So there you have it, go with these lawyer and you will pay the ultimate price, lose it all and then some.

After Mr. Edwards cashed $5,000 retainer he worked/stratized my divorce case. Bill from firm was approximately $14,000 in about a three month time frame. He was very, very expensive and feel he worked my case to his advantage not mine. He was not always forthcoming with the truth when i asked him... questions about my case. He also became hard to get a hold of and talk to. He over looked some documents that would have benefited my case. He withdrew from my case and didn't finish the job. Now i have to start from square one. I am very disappointed with his 30 years of experience and do not recommend him.
