Jerry was our attorney back in 1997 when my 4 year old SON was hit by a Pizza Hut Delivery Driver who was on his way delivering a pizza to a counseling center that he just so happened to have an appointment at the same time at. The guy nor Pizza Hut wanted to take blame for the fact that he was goin...g 45 miles an hour in a 20 mile an hour residential zone mind you that is back when pizza was delivered in 30 minutes or FREE ! The driver hit my son threw so hard his bike lodged under the car my son hit the windshield and then flew in the air and landed 40 feet down the road unconsious . My 4 year old Son spent 2 weeks in Harborview and 2 weeks in Children's Hospital 2 1/2 month's with a neck brace and 5 years in physical Therapy and that driver did not want to pay for what he did..... Jerry made him pay for what he did to my son he fought for my son... THANK YOU JERRY !!!!!! He is an awesome attorney and we will always recommend him to everyone.
