Ms. Toce is the girlfriend of a Father who, after an absence of 10 years in his daughter's life, has shown up and wants parenting time (while Dad has almost a $60,000 child support arrearage). The original divorce ordered Father to have no contact with daughter. I represent the daughter's Mother. Daughter wants no contact with her father and Mother is simply trying to look out for daughter's best interests. A reunification counselor is involved and assisting. I have not lied to the court. I asked Ms. Toce not to call me directly since Father has an attorney. Ms. Toce called again and I told her I could not talk to her and hung up. My client is happy with my representation.
"I endorse this lawyer. Steve has always been honest, ethical and a strong advocate for his clients."
