i, and my mother were both involved with this credit card company, cuz she was almost 90, with dementia, and Parkinson' ! the company contacted me as her spokesperson ..,. this card was old, and had never been used since 1985, and she paid it off when she purchased her new house in 90.... Mr Chappell... had a couple meetings with mom, and i, then the card company could not come up with any information ... Mr Chappell stuck to his guns, and fought hard through many letters to card company ..... we ended up in mediation with three on board ... all charges were dropped, and the card company had to pay for all Mr chappell' fees .... now thinking back, this harassment went on for almost 15 years .... Mr chappell had all settled within about 45 days .... he's very, very persistent, and always has "his ducks lined up" , when off to court, or mediation board ..... double kudos ... eh
