I hired Jon Springer a few years ago and have referred two friends to him since then. He did a great job for all of us. I had never needed an attorney before I hired him for a family member facing measure 11 charges. It was not easy asking friends who we should contact, most of them had never hired... an attorney either. The first attorney I hired worried me so much I looked for a second opinion. Two other attorneys I contacted wanted $20,000 just as a down payment but JS charged us much less than that including a trial fee. He was upfront about the costs and there were no nasty surprises. I felt at ease about the case the first time we met him and I knew he had the experience and determination that we needed. It was a really tough time, the case took a long time to resolve and we were scared but now we are so glad we took his advice and took the case to trial. My friends decided to take plea deals that JS negotiated because that was the right thing for them in their cases. We all felt that Jon Springer genuinely cared about our cases. He explained everything to us, told us what to expect and told us what we were risking. He did not let us get backed into a bad deal and he was not afraid of fighting for us. He had our backs and ultimately got us the results we were happy with. Don't expect him to call you every week, just when it is necessary to your case. It is bad enough being charged with a crime, having picked a bad attorney in the past I can tell you that when you find a good one your life changes. I highly recommend Jon Springer.
