Only cares about retainer
Mr. Springer was attentive and concerned for me and my case during the initial consultation. However, as soon as I paid his retainer, it was a different story. Mr. Springer would never return phone calls nor respond to voicemails. If I wanted to know anything about my case I would have to check OJIN...
