Todd is a graduate of Dartmouth College and theNorthwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College. He has worked as a trial attorney with Metropolitan Public Defender Services, Inc. in Portland, Oregon, and as an associate at the Portland firm of Hoevet & Boise, LLP. In 2005, Todd established his own criminal defense practice in Bend.
Todd represents adult defendants in Oregon’s state and federal courts, and on appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Todd lives in Bend, Oregon with his wife, Ellen, and two boys, Evan and Peter.

Todd did what he said he would do!
I was charged with one class b misdemeanor. And possibly a second class b misdemeanor . Todd is very personable and professional. I hired Todd 9 months ago for my case .Todd would always said he felt good about winning the case. After 9 months of stress, we went to trial. Todd won the case !!!!
