I hired Giselle Garcia from the office of Jared Reid to represent me in a child custody case. It was a complete disaster, frankly. She had zero presence in the court room. Didn't ask the witnesses ANY questions and would instead turn to me and say "do you have any questions for them?". She was C...OMPLETELY unprepared. I was mortified! She never offered advice leading up to the trial, instead stating "it's up to you", or "you can always file for custody again later if you lose". In my opinion based on my experience with Giselle she has absolutely NO business being an attorney. Needless to say, I lost custody of my son and it forever changed my life. I honestly lose sleep over this every single night, I replay the disaster that played out in court and am now seeing a therapist to just get me through this nightmare. Please heed my advice and look elsewhere for a competent attorney who will not only advocate for you, but guide you through the process with knowledge and adequate advice.
