I'm from Klamath Falls and the justice system down here has been going through some very difficult times and big changes. After I got arrested I was appointed Phil Studenberg. Wouldn't return calls. His secretary forgot to tell me about a court date that only his team was notified about. In Klamath F...alls all the lawyers are friends and hang out with the district attorneys. It's a small town and they're all in the same circle. If one person thinks you're guilty it doesn't matter what you say or do they treat you like a number. It's guilty until proven innocent if you're not apart of the circle. At that point I realized I needed an expert in the area of sex crimes as they were rape accusations. I reached out to people from Medford, Eugene, Salem, Portland, San Francisco, Sacramento and Bend. Contacted around 30 attorneys.
