I hired Shelby for a RO violation I had turned off the water at my house after my ex wife had not changed the bill into her name for 5 months by a judge’s orders. I actually had to go to jail for this seems pretty ridiculous but, when you hire a flat rate attorney they don’t care because they already... got paid. The best part was I was accused of going to my house that morning by the judge at the sentencing and, even though I had been in Shelby’s office all morning she said nothing. It was almost like the judge was her father and she was a scared little girl. So I would never recommend hiring a scared little girl like her to represent you. Just a complete 2 faced person. Lazy and most likely a bold face lier

I was lucky enough to find Shelby Thomas to represent me. Her firm charges a flat fee rather than the customary incremental billing. I believe this saved me hundreds of dollars. Shelby is knowledgeable about Oregon law and has an easy going and personable nature. I was guided through the process clea...rly and had all my questions answered as we went. If you find yourself in this unfortunate position, I would highly recommend Shelby Thomas to help get you through it with compassion and dignity!

Hired the attorney to not only tell them what to do..didn’t request evidence until told them so late. I’m 100% innocent to the charge and the police didn’t want to show the evidence so the court just went off the word which no matter how could your word is they will still go off the officers word. Th...e attorney did not sufficiently cross examine the officer. Felt like either the attorney did not put all effort in or they were just working together. Save your money and go to court yourself or hire another.
