I presented Doug with a truly horrifying family/real estate case. I had no idea of how to find a reputable attorney so I went on the Internet, was very impressed with his reviews and contacted him. He promptly arranged a meeting at which we thoroughly discussed all aspects of the case at that point... as well as his fee structure. No matter how ugly and frustrating (for both of us) it got, he persevered, always including me in his thoughts on appropriate strategy and requesting mine as well. I'm on a fixed income and he appreciated this, working very hard for every dollar I paid him. The case reached a "settlement" today.
