To assist your choice, I would like to tell you about myself, my values and my objective. As a fourth grader, I had the chance to travel to the Boston State House on Children's Day to learn about laws affecting children. I decided then and there to become a lawyer. What keeps me motivated 25+years after graduating law school is the ability, one case at a time, to make a difference. Family law is an area in which I can make my passions for education, transformation and empowerment central to my representation. My objective is to partner with my clients so they are informed, empowered and can achieve the best possible outcome.

As a parent, spouse, daughter, aunt and sister, I understand what matters to families at a very personal level. As a professional, I see the opportunity in each case for my clients to change a painful situation into a new and brighter life chapter.

I have lived in the Rogue Valley since 2009 when my family relocated here to be nearer to extended family and raise our children in a beautiful and vibrant area. Outside work, I enjoy being with my family, running and biking on the many area beautiful trails, going to OSF productions and being a tourist in my hometown.

Samantha and her office have helped me navigate a highly contentious divorce since the fall of 2016. In all of that time, her knowledge, professionalism and advocacy have been nothing short of stellar. In meetings, planning sessions and in court she is always prepared for every possible direction that this very difficult case could take. And most importantly for me, her approach always kept the best interests of my son in the forefront. She helped me find the experts and professionals in our community whose testimony helped to build our case, and her office's thorough approach to working with the witnesses we called ensured that everything went smoothly. Every member of Samantha's team is kind, personable, organized and thoroughly professional. Witnessing their hard work instilled in me a deep rooted trust that absolutely contributed to me feeling confident and calm as we approached very difficult court dates. Samantha has an understanding of human relationships that is both intuitive and backed by years of experience and collaborating with psychiatrists, doctors and professionals of all kinds. She was able to call on that experience to guide me with both kindness and honesty in the times when I was in the wrong. I will always be glad that I hired her to help me through this most difficult time.

I hired Samantha to assist me through my divorce. Almost immediately, she had a plan for my case from beginning to end. The plan worked perfectly. She was my attorney, counselor and willing to listen to me vent during tough times. In addition she is a caring, thoughtful, kind human being, but very able and willing to be tough in court, if necessary. I highly recommend Samantha to anyone needing a divorce/family law attorney.

Samantha Malloy is not only an excellent attorney, she is an amazing person. Samantha and her partner Amy Young, provided with me with excellent representation and worked above and beyond what most lawyers would consider their duty. They had their eyes on the goal and their hands at my back. I felt supported, seen , heard, trusted and considered in every way. My outcome was just and favorable to my kids and to me largely because Samantha made sure the judge new everything he needed to know to come to a just decision. She understands whats needed, who needs it and when... and she never quits working toward her goals. I can't speak highly enough of her and Amy and their associates.
