I have been nothing but happy with the services of Damian Idiart, when he took my case i was already a year and a half out from my slip and fall and my previous attorney had dropped my case, to make it more difficult my accident happened in Oregon and i am now living in California, but luckily Damian... took my case and went to bat for me ending in a settlement after nearly 4 years of no developments in my case.
