Biography
I have nearly 20 years of trial experience in Oregon. In that time I have defended at least 6500 criminal cases, many of those were Measure 11 and Murder cases. Family law, bankruptcy and personal injury law are the other areas where I focus: stopping the harassment by creditors, fighting for custody or parental rights (focusing on the best interests of the children), and negotiating fair compensation for injuries sustained at the fault of someone else.
I am dedicated and focused on my client's needs. Together with my amazing team comprised of a paralegal, a legal assistant, and a law clerk, I zealously defend client rights. Pretrial motion work is an area in which I focus - oftentimes these pretrial motions resolve an entire case - if not, negotiating deals or battling it out at trial are areas in which I excel. I will always be real - you get the honest truth from me about your case and the legal options available to resolve it.
