Biography
Injuries can change your life permanently or temporarily. When people drive drunk, or are careless and they injure another person, something should be done. Insurance companies are supposed to help, but they are not interested in helping the injured person. Insurance companies know how to fight and know how to take advantage of innocent victims of car accidents.

David was appointed as a Pro Tem Judge by the Oregon Supreme Court over 10 years ago. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Jackson County Bar Association, the Federal District Courts, and because of his large settlements and some of the largest verdicts in Oregon, he was recently inducted into the Million Dollar and Multi Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Few attorneys in Oregon have obtained jury verdicts as high.
