I litigate claims of all types in the state and federal courts of Oregon. My commercial litigation practice includes actions for breach of contract, shareholder oppression claims, UCC/commercial transactions and professional malpractice claims.

My real estate practice primarily involves residential disputes including fraud or misrepresentation, boundary disputes and adverse possession. I also handle construction defect claims for both residential and commercial properties.
