A divorce is not something most of us can imagine being a positive experience, but the process that John facilitated for me and my former husband was actually that. John listened, both to the things we said and to the things we didn't even know how to say, and shepherded us towards an understanding t...hat met both of our needs. His diligence, his attention to detail, his obvious experience and knowledge, made us both feel safe, while his personal warmth and excellent communication skills made us feel heard and understood. He and his amazing assistant, Patty, kept us continuously updated on each step of the divorce process, so that we never felt lost or as if we were just a case number. I cannot speak highly enough of this experience. It was, believe it or not, very healing.
