During Vacationing in Las Vegas, my Wife Suffered a Stroke.. Fortunately she pulled through and was able to start a couple of different rehabilitation program.. Unfortunately she was unable to go back to work, however we were very grateful that she had been paying for many years for a supplement Lon...g-Term Disability Insurance... After her regular work benefits ran out.. The Long-Term Disability Insurance kicked in.. However after just 4 months we received in the mail a letter of denial for benefits.. And our ONLY option was to Appeal the decision.... That is when we Hired Nick Gower,,, Nick spent extensive time researching and working on his appeal letter for us... We couldn't be happier... When he got the Insurance company to giving us a second chance with a Independent Medical Examiner,,, we were so happy.. after we finished with the IME .. We just waited to see what would happen.. Nick stayed on them and followed through,, and when we got the word that the Insurance company totally reversed their denial decision and would be sending us a retro check for all the back months and agreed to continue paying benefits from here going forward..
