Timothy Patrick Fleming

Mr Fleming's behavior as a defense attorny shows little to no professional abilty or behavior. Mr Fleming is lazy on responding to e-mails and voice mails, it takes two or more weeks before he gets around to responding. Mr Fleming shows little interest in working with his client and more interest in ...catering to the DA with no clear communication with his client as to what is going on with the case or what his so called investigators are investigating, who they are talking to or what sort of information he is looking for. Mr Fleming has never taken the time to actually discuss the case with me but instead seems to go off of the twisted information that he is fed by the DA even though when listening to audio tapes, what Mr Fleming is saying is drastically different from what was recorded. I do not believe that he has even taken the time to read through the DA's finding, review evidence or try to mount a reasonable defense. Instead Mr Fleming seems only interested in Plea Bargining with the DA with out consulting me or making me aware of his intentions, or countering the DA Plea Offer with another offer. I would not Hire or Recommend Mr Fleming to anyone regardless of how badly they needed an attorny. Mr Fleming's actions are the reason lawyers get a bad reputation.
