I was represented by Mr. Lucas back in 2013-14 for injuries I sustained from being struck by a car while I was riding my bicycle. It was a two year ordeal for me. After I had recovered mostly from my injuries I decided to seek legal help. I was recommended by a friend to speak with one of Mr. Lucas' colleagues who was unavailable to represent me at that time but I was referred to Mr. Lucas. From the first day of meeting Mr. Lucas to the final jury verdict, I received nothing but fair and respectful representation. I am thoroughly impressed by Mr. Lucas and his colleagues. He listened to my story and was thoughtful. I was provided with clear and helpful information all the way through. I was never pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable to do. He was very professional and courteous. All I wanted was a fair representation to set the record straight which was achieved thanks to Mr. Lucas. Scott tried my case and won when a driver who hit me on my bike refused to take responsibility. I am thankful to Scott for all the hard work he had done for me.

Recently a friend was involved in an automobile accident that caused significant ongoing pain and required extensive physical therapy and follow up with an MD. I tried to help out in dealing with the insurance company, but after hitting roadblocks at every turn I eventually referred my friend to Scott Lucas. Scott knew exactly how to handle the insurance company. After an initial meeting and some information gathering, Scott negotiated a great settlement without having to go through trial, depositions, or any invasive insurance company medical examinations. I have previously referred friends, clients, and cold calls to Scott with similar great results. I will continue to recommend Scott Lucas to family, friends, co-workers, etc.
