Marc handled my divorce a couple of years ago. He is a straight shooter and gets right to the point. Definitely not a hand holder, but is interested in advocating for you. Keep the emotions out of it (save that for your therapist) and you will have a good experience. I photocopied all of my necessa...ry documents and gave them a copy and that helped cut costs. I also didn't call him unless I absolutely knew it was something that I could not find the answer or that his secretary couldn't answer, otherwise that will send your bill through the roof fast! I fared better than I thought I would in the end and I was appreciative of Marc's experience, frankness and recommendations. We were able to stay out of court. Two and a half years later, I can still confidently recommend him to anyone that has to go through the painful process of divorce.

My first and last impression were : In it for the money. The accusatory tone coupled with scare tactics are not what a lawyer specializing in this law should exhibit. Caring about your client's situation should be the first order of business. Not only was the meeting unprofessional it was dishearteni...ng. Do not seek this lawyer for issues relating to custody or in situations of abuse. The meeting began and ended with a focus on money not the rights of the law or the client.
