I consulted Marc as I feared my ex would soon file. I am from the Roseburg area and all the reputable attorneys were not an option as there were conflicts of interest. Marc handled my divorce a couple of years ago. He is a straight shooter and gets right to the point. Definitely not a hand holder, but is interested in advocating for you. Keep the emotions out of it (save that for your therapist) and you will have a good experience. I photocopied all of my necessa...ry documents and gave them a copy and that helped cut costs. I also didn't call him unless I absolutely knew it was something that I could not find the answer or that his secretary couldn't answer, otherwise that will send your bill through the roof fast! I fared better than I thought I would in the end and I was appreciative of Marc's experience, frankness and recommendations. We were able to stay out of court. Two and a half years later, I can still confidently recommend him to anyone that has to go through the painful process of divorce.
