Raised in North Dakota, undergraduate degree from University of North Dakota, law degree from University of Idaho. Moved to Eugene, Oregon and started the practice of law. initially engaged in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Bankruptcy.
Married for more than twenty years to my wife. I have two stepsons and one daughter. I also have a Golden Retriever as a pet.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, bike riding, hockey, lots of hockey, and cross country skiing. I normally walk my dog everyday. Watching Ducks footbal and the Ducks club hockey team, as well.
