I contacted John about an issue with my landlords. They were trying to keep my security deposit and continue to charge me rent after I had moved out of their property. I also had many issues with them prior to moving out. He was very attentive during the consultation and answered any/every question I... had. After our consultation I hired him for my case. He responded to all of my emails in-depth and in a timely manner. He gave me a variety of possible routes to take to come to a solution. I decided to start with a demand letter and that’s all I needed. Not only did he win the case, he got me more than I originally asked of him when I first came to him.
