My family was the subject of civil dispute that to some extent involved land use regulations. Mr. DuPriest was recommended to me as an attorney knowledgeable about such issues. I hired Mr. DuPriest to defend us. However, Mr. DuPriest would arrive at meetings late and clearly unprepared. In one i...nstance, he had a legal assistant prepare a report on relevant case histories. He arrived about 20 minutes late to the meeting scheduled to discuss that report, but clearly had not taken time to read it prior the meeting. I decided to terminate our relationship at that point.
