Holly was asked to make revisions to our present Trust. The intake meeting was comfortable and our questions were answered in a way that was understandable to the lay person. She was friendly, patient, honest, flexible, and non-judgmental, and spent plenty of time with us, never rushing us in any way even though we her payment was not based on hours. My only little complaint was t...hat after our appointment when I sent messages to her, she rarely responded herself; I would hear from her assistant instead. That did make me wonder about authenticity, but maybe that's a small price to pay? In any case, she was excellent in all other ways and if she were to correct that one problem, I might then raise my review to "dream lawyer."
