In the beginning promised to be an advocate and have my best interest at heart. Dropped the ball on several important issues. "Forgot" to file paperwork with the court. Did not file a Motion to Compel even after months of the other side dragging their feet. Did not take the opportunity to inform th...e judge at the status check that my husband had not followed through with the temporary orders. Just one thing after another. Watch billings closely, I found several errors and even charges for work on Child custody and child support which wasn't even part of our case. Our children are grown and on their own! After all this she informs me that the $5000 retainer I paid her is gone and presents me with an additional bill for $2250 which I did not consent to. The most difficult part of all. This is one of the most difficult times of my life and yet I have another person taking advantage of me. I really needed to trust her. She really let me down.
