Haley Percell

Haley Percell was born in Portland, Oregon and raised in Aurora, Oregon where she attended Wilsonville and Canby public schools until attending high school at St. Mary's Academy in Portland, Oregon. After graduating from high school in 1998, Haley attended the University of Portland, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and completing a Spanish Certificate program.

Haley received her law degree from Willamette University. While attending law school, Haley worked as a law clerk for the Oregon School Boards Association for a short time and then worked as a law clerk for Lafky & Lafky for nearly two years before being hired as an associate attorney. Haley worked for Lafky & Lafky as an associate attorney practing primarily Plaintiff's employment law for over five years.  Haley now works for the Oregon School Boards Association representing and advising schools and school administrators with a variety of legal matters including employment law issues.   

Haley is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
