I retained Denny on a very complicated criminal matter. The fear and anxiety of the situation made me more of a difficult client just for the nature of the "unknown" Denny is an exceptional attorney. He won't feed you false promises but he will absolutely give 100% to the clients that he has. He is calculated and really looks at things from the standpoint of your best interest. He has the respect of many other top lawyers around him. Not only for his knowledge of law and ability in the court room. But every process in between. He is fair to the point and will take your case on with th upmost ability and strategy that fits for you. I would highly recommend him. It can be stressful trying to navigate a scary situation with the unknowns involved. But thats where an experienced lawyer such as Denny will step in. His name is recognized by top lawyers all throughout the valley and has a track record to prove it. The moment you meet and talk with him he will tell you the facts of where you are. Its difficult to understand what your up against with out a law degree but Denny is extremely sharp and is dedicated to has practice and clients. I was a wreck when I hired him. But he has giving me piece of mind. And all the other equally qualified attorneys in the are were all familiar with him and have even worked with him on different cases. You don't get that opportunity from being a subpar attorney. That is earned by dedication and drive. He will assess your case and will let you know what you need to know. Even though you have a million questions. He focuses on what's important. Learning the ability to be patient falls on you though. But rest assured that denny will leave no stone unturned. No defense unexplored and no option Lofton the table he will fight for you as a personal interest of his. I would reccomend Denny to anyone dealing in a criminal matter. I would never hire another lawyer in any case if God forbid i need to. But if I do Denny will be my first call. Awesome Lawyer and an awesome all around guy.
I would recommend Mr. Denny Maison to anyone, including my own family. Mr. Maison returned all my calls and emails in a timely manner. My special needs autistic brother needed assistance and Mr. Maison was very sensitive to his special needs, and having dealt with attorneys in the past; I was very grateful for his "courtroom manner." I have recommended him to family members and they also are so pleased with his skills. Thanks Mr. Maison so much!

Criminal defense includes all criminal charges and allegations from driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) to assault, sex crimes, attempted murder, and murder.
Divorce and separation cases involve custody and parenting time of children, distribution of assets and liabilities, and dissolution of marriages if the parties were married.
Personal injury cases typically involve car accidents or incidents in which one person is injured as a result of another person's intentional or negligent action.
13 years
I grew up in Stayton, Oregon and graduated from Stayton High School, St. John's College, and Willamette University College of Law.
In law school, I clerked with the Oregon Governor's Senior Policy Advisor for Public Safety and the Oregon Court of Appeals and lobbied for the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
I was also on Willamette's Law Review, received high paper honors in Immigration Law and State and Local Government Law, and volunteered with the Willamette University Public Interest Law Project.
Since law school, I have worked hard defending all types of criminal cases from misemeanors to violent felonies, drug crimes, and sex crimes. I work night and day to ensure the best resolution for my clients, whether that means a negotiated plea or a jury trial.
Although my main focus is criminal defense, I also help people with personal injury claims, car accidents, restraining orders, divorce and custody suits, and appeals and post-convictions.

Attorney you can count on!
I have used Mr. Mason for two different criminal cases for my family members. I have used many attorneys for various issues for my clients during the course of my accounting practice. Mr. Mason was prompt in responding to my questions, informing me of the status of the cases. He is very organized, informed and confident. Outcome of both cases were better than we have expected. I will definitely recommend him, if you need criminal attorney.

My "Go To" lawyer for any questions or professional guidance
I got into a pretty bad auto accident which resulted in some criminal charges in Multnomah county. This was my first criminal. Denny found all the necessary infomation needed with little no effort on my part beside showing up at court. He was always extremely professional in court and on time. He kept in contact with me about any updates that were happening with the case. I would recommend him to any friend or family that is needing help with criminal charges. Even just a couple questions you might have and if he didnt know the answer, was very timely in finding them and getting back to me.
