So, I battled a traffic case out of Malheur County. Had a very negative interaction with a resident deputy in Jordan Valley. My contact with the deputy resulted in being cited for traffic violations based on “contempt of cop” perceived by the Malheur County deputy. BUT, I knew the cat was wrong based... on his lack of radar training AND Malheur County Sheriff is lacking to ensure their radar equipment is calibrated and tuned. Hit Edgar up. Excellent communications, cost was reasonable for his representation. He helped navigate the county system AND went to work for me. His efforts resulted in my getting satisfaction over a rural po-dunk resident deputy who “short cuts” or flat out withholds exculpatory information. I retained Edgar Diaz for help with a speeding violation. I was cited for traveling well above the allowed speed on a motorcycle. Edgar was competent and a great communicator. He initially attempted to work directly with the officer who wrote the citation and when that officer was not willing to comp...romise, he attended the court hearing on my behalf and was able to achieve the outcome I wanted, which was traffic school rather than a citation and record of the incident. I am a truck driver, I got a ticket in Oregon also with me being out of state my company was supposed to hire a lawyer for me but they forgot and I received 2 failure to appears. During that time I thought everything was being taken care off until I received a letter from DMV that my CDL had been sus...pended. When Edgar took the case he got everything dismissed and off my record!
